Create and Assign Success Profiles

Success Profiles define what a strong-fit candidate looks like for a role and support candidate matching.

Before you start

Before you start

Make sure you are logged in to Sprockets and have the correct access for the location, job, or candidate you need to manage.

Steps

Open Admin

Open Admin.

Open the Success Profiles tile

Open the Success Profiles tile.

Click Manage Profiles

Click Manage Profiles.

Click Create Profile

Click Create Profile.

Add a profile name

Enter a name for the Success Profile.

Complete the Personality, Needs, and Values sections

Complete the following fields to define what a strong-fit candidate looks like for the role:

Personality — Ideal traits for the role, such as being punctual, dependable, or following through.

Needs — Motivators that drive success, such as recognition for reliability, quality work, or strong performance.

Values — Core values for the role, such as teamwork, efficiency, accountability, or customer service.

Save the profile

Click Save.

Assign the Success Profile to a job

Assign the Success Profile to the appropriate job posting so candidate matches are scored against the right profile.

Final check

What to check before you move on

  • The Success Profile is saved successfully.
  • The profile name is clear and easy to recognize.
  • The Personality, Needs, and Values sections are completed.
  • The Success Profile is assigned to the correct job or jobs.
