A Simple Process to Change Hiring Assessments Forever
A success profile is the aggregate mental makeup data of your top performers. It learns their collective needs, values, and personality characteristics. Success profiles become the benchmark for screening all future candidates.
To create a success profile:

Log in to Sprockets. |

Open a given location. |
 |
Click the blue Create A New Position button. |
 |
Enter the Position Name and select the Survey Category. |

Click Create Position. |
 |
You'll be redirected to a new page with the title "Next Step: Build a Success Profile." Press the Invite Top Performers button.

Invite at least one top performer to open your dashboard. To invite more top performers, use the Build Success Profile tab in your dashboard. (You will receive an email letting you know when your top performers complete their surveys.) |
NOTE: Make sure to have email notifications turned on in the Account tab.
