Admins can invite new users to Sprockets so they can access the platform and support the hiring process.

When to Use This

Use this article when adding a new admin, hiring manager, or team member to Sprockets.

How to Complete This Task

  1. Go to Company Settings.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Click Add User.
  4. Enter the user’s email address.
  5. Select the user’s role.
  6. Assign location access.
  7. Send the invitation.
