How to invite additional users

Want to give access to a manager or scheduler? Look no further.

Sprockets gives customers the ability to invite additional users to their company's dashboard. Use the steps below to invite additional users (like managers or schedulers) to your Success Profile.

  1. Login to Sprockets.
  2. Click the "Users" tab at the top of your dashboard.
  3. Click the blue "Invite User" button.
  4. Enter the User's information. Under "Locations," select which Location you would like to grant access to.
  5. Click the "Send Invitation" button.

    The invited User will receive an email from, asking them to complete set-up by creating a Sprockets password. From now on, the User will have access to only the Location you've granted access to.
