Step 3: Customize Your Interview Availability

  • Head to the Interview tab to tailor your interview availability. Choose the days and time slots when you're open for interviews, whether at one or multiple locations. Additionally, specify the maximum number of interviews you're comfortable conducting during each time slot.
  • Below your weekly availability, you'll also see a section to set up your holiday calendar. This lets you block off any specific days in the future that you do not want to conduct interviews, like holidays, vacations, or team events.

Step 4: Review Scheduling Settings

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see toggles to customize your interview scheduling experience. Here's what each one does:
  • Allow Auto-Scheduling (required to activate your calendar): This must be turned on in order for your calendar to go live and begin receiving interview bookings. When enabled, applicants who meet your Match Score threshold will be able to schedule interviews with you automatically, as long as the job has auto-scheduling enabled and you’re assigned as an interviewer.
  • Mark Sprockets Events as Busy: When this is turned on, interviews scheduled through Sprockets will appear as busy on your connected calendar, helping avoid double-bookings.
  • Minimum Notice Required: This setting lets you define how far in advance someone must book an interview. It helps prevent last-minute scheduling and ensures you have time to prepare.

Step 5: Confirm Your Changes

  • Once you've configured your preferences, don't forget to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page. This action solidifies your schedule settings and activates automatic scheduling for high-scoring applicants as they apply.

NOTE: Ensure you are set up as a hiring manager to conduct interviews for this position. Refer to our guide on How to Choose Hiring Managers for Candidate Interviews for assistance.
