In today’s competitive labor market, it can be tempting to constantly look outward for candidate flow. However, you likely have a collection of candidates in your ATS or job board accounts who applied but were not hired. Sprockets gives you the power to harness this community and encourage them to reapply.

Asset 1-1 Download a list of your past applicants from your ATS or job board, including their name and phone number, as a csv file.
Asset 2-1-1 Reach out to your Customer Success Manager, and let them know you would like to run a Sprockets Pools Outreach campaign.

Sprockets manages the campaign for you. These applicants will receive a series of text messages with information about your current job openings and can apply right from their phones.

    NOTE:  We encourage you to run these campaigns to keep engaging with past applicants, as you never know when their employment situation might change.

    NOTE:  When a past applicant completes the survey, they will be added to the position dashboard just as any other candidate. You will receive their score and Sprockets report.
