      How to Turn On Notifications for All Applicants

      Enable alerts so Owners and Hiring Managers receive notifications for every new applicant.

      Overview

      We've introduced an option that lets you receive notifications for all applicants for your jobs. This is especially helpful if you manage multiple openings or locations.

      Important: This setting is not enabled by default. Each user must turn it on individually. You can change it anytime.

      Who Can Use This

      • Owner-level users
      • Hiring Manager-level users

      Note: It was manually enabled for existing Massage Envy free accounts; going forward each user enables it in their own profile.

      Turn On Notifications for All Applicants

      1. Go to Personal Settings in your account and open the Personal Notification tab.
      2. Find the option labeled "Notify me of all Applicants."
      3. Toggle it On to start receiving notifications for every applicant to your jobs.
      4. Click Save to apply your changes.

      Notes & Tips

      Heads Up: This setting is not enabled by default. Each user must turn it on individually to begin receiving notifications for all applicants.

      Tip: You can toggle this setting on or off anytime to control how you receive applicant notifications.
