How to Use Sprockets With Indeed

Automatically Send Candidates the Sprockets Survey

Step 1: Generate Sprockets Location Email Addresses

1. Log in to the Sprockets Platform via hire.sprockets.ai and enter your login credentials.
2. Click on your username in the top-right corner of the dashboard and then click “Company Settings.” 
3. Click on the Connected Apps Tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Automatically Send Pre-Interview Questions" section and click "Configure" on right side.
4. Select the location and copy the corresponding email address that populates below.
   
   

1. Login to your Indeed account.
2. Select the “Jobs” tab
3. Select the Job you Want to Have Surveys Automatically Send to the Applicants
4. Under the "Actions" column select "Edit Job"
5. In the Application Settings, select "Application updates" and paste in the Email Address you Copied from Sprockets. Make sure to check the “Plus, send an individual email update each time someone applies.” Click "Done."
6. Select "Save changes" 

1. Go to the "Users" page in Settings

2. Click "Add users"

3. Enter the email address “indeed-autosurvey@sprockets.ai”

4. Select level of access to “Jobs” and “Candidates”

5. Click "Save and notify new users."
