Enhance your ATS experience with Sprockets to ensure you hire the right candidates.
While an ATS helps you attract applicants, Sprockets ensures you select those most likely to stay long-term. With QSRs experiencing an average annual turnover of 132%, it's crucial to identify candidates with the right attributes for long-term success.
Follow these steps to integrate Sprockets with your ATS:
- Log into ATS
- Navigate to your Jobs
- Click on the “All Apps” icon in the top left corner of your screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select the “Settings” icon.
- On the new screen, under the “Jobs” section, click “Jobs.”
- Click on the “All Apps” icon in the top left corner of your screen.
- Edit the Job Position
- Select the position you want to edit and click “Edit Job.”
- Click on the “Screening” tab in the left toolbar and press the “Add Question” button.
- Add the Sprockets Survey as a Screening Question
- Name your question “Sprockets Survey.”
- Modify the conversation chat bubble as if you’re the chat bot. We suggest the following message:
Please take a moment to complete three quick questions for us so we can get to know you better:
[INSERT SURVEY LINK HERE]
Your answers are being recorded and reviewed, so please take your time.
Once you have completed the assessment, please click "I have completed the Sprockets Survey."
NOTE: To gain access to your specific survey link, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email customer.support@sprockets.ai for assistance. - Set the “Reply Type” to “List select.”
- Toggle the “Is this question required?” option on.
- Add a "List Item" and enter “I have completed the Sprockets Survey.”
- Click “Save” to add the screening question.
- Publish the Question
- Click “Save” to finalize and publish the question into the chat bot's line of questioning.
What to Expect:
- Survey Integration: The chat bot will now prompt applicants to complete the Sprockets Survey as they are applying.
- Alert System: Managers will receive instant text and email notifications when a high-scoring applicant completes the Sprockets Survey.
