      How to use Sprockets with Rippling

      Automating Sprockets in your Rippling process allows you to seamlessly send the Sprockets Survey to incoming applicants as they apply.

      Step 1: Access Applicant Tracking

      • Log in to your Rippling account and navigate to the Applicant Tracking section by clicking on "Applicant Tracking."

      Step 2: Access Account Details

      • On the Applicant Tracking page, click on the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) located in the top right corner.

      • From the side bar that appears, click on Account Details.

      Step 3: Edit Message Templates

      • In the Account Details section, scroll down to the Templates section and click on Messages to view your message templates.

      Step 4: Edit Application Confirmation Email Template

      • Locate the Application Confirmation email template and click to edit the template.

      • Here you will insert the Sprockets Survey into the template. We suggest the following language:

        “We have received your job application!

        As part of the interview process, we ask that you please complete a brief, three-question survey. You can access the survey by clicking this link: [Insert Sprockets Survey Link]

        We really appreciate you taking the time to consider us in your job search. Please complete the survey, and we'll be reviewing the information you've provided us.

        Thank you!”

      • Once you have filled in the template, click Save Template.

      Step 5: Edit Application Confirmation SMS Template

      • Locate the Application Confirmation SMS template and click to edit the template.

      • Here you will insert the Sprockets Survey into the template. We suggest the following language:

        “We have received your job application! As part of the interview process, we ask that you please complete a brief, three-question survey at this link: [Insert Sprockets Survey Link]”

      • Once you have filled in the template, click Save Template.

      Step 6: Confirm Job Listings Template Setup

      • Return to the Applicant Tracking portion of your Rippling account.

      • Verify that each applicable job has the email and SMS Application Confirmation templates set up to send to incoming applicants.




      By following these steps, you will have successfully automated the process of sending Sprockets Surveys to incoming applicants through Rippling.
