What this article covers

  • How Sprockets works with ApplicantStack.
  • Where to add or send the Sprockets survey link.
  • How to confirm applicants can move through your hiring workflow.

Steps

Candidate sourcing platforms like ApplicantStack, Snag, and TalentReef are great solutions for finding people, but Sprockets is built specifically to make sure you hire the right ones.

How to Create a Sprockets Automated Message Template Within ApplicantStack

  1. Log in to ApplicantStack
  2. Asset 2-1
  3. Identify the first automated email that is sent to applicants once they apply (this is typically labeled as "Applicant Received" or "Application Received TP")
  4. Asset 4-1
  5. Asset 5-1
  6. Asset 6
  7. Edit the body text of the email. We recommend adding in the following language:

“We have received your job application!

As part of the interview process, we ask that you please complete a brief, three-question survey. You can access the survey by clicking this link: [Insert Sprockets Link].

We really appreciate you taking the time to consider us in your job search. Please complete the survey, and we'll be reviewing the information you've provided us.

    Thank you!”

  8. Insert your survey link into the template. This can be found under the Invite Candidates tab in your Sprockets account.
  9. 9_1
  10. 10

How the Sprockets Message Template Delivers with ApplicantStack

Once an applicant submits their application via ApplicantStack, they will immediately receive the Sprockets survey (via the "Application Received: Next Steps" template) to the email they provided on their application.
