Steps

Once an applicant finds a position that they are interested in on TalentReef, they hit an Apply button. Then, it brings them to a set of Posi-Fit Interview questions, like "Have you ever worked for this company before?", "How many years experience do you have in the position for which you are interested?", and more.

Your TalentReef Representative has the ability to edit this set of Posi-Fit Interview questions and insert a new question that includes the Sprockets survey link for your applicants to access (reference image below).
