Getting Started
- Login: https://hire.sprockets.ai/login (or launch via ME Apps / OKTA if enabled).
- Support: Knowledge Base here or email customer.support@sprockets.ai.

- Activate Account: Accept email invite and login (see BAM Support page).
- Reset/Forgot Password: Use "Forgot password" on the login page. (For SSO, reset via your ME IT.)
- Download App: Mobile access available; sign in with your SSO credentials.
High-Level Portal Navigation Guide
This overview helps you find key features quickly.
- Dashboard: Applicant activity, interview updates, hiring performance.
- Jobs: View active/closed jobs, create new postings with templates.
- Applicants: Review applicants, survey results, and track status.
- Interviews: See scheduled interviews; reschedule/cancel as needed.
- Offers: Send and track offer status; track onboarded hires.
- Personal Settings: Name, contact info, notifications, (for managers) interview availability + Google Calendar connect.
- Company Settings (Owners only): Company info & preferences, users, data exports.
Account & User Management (Owners Only)
Adding & Editing Users
- Go to Company Settings → Users.
- Add a User: Click Add User, enter email, role (Owner/Hiring Manager), assign locations, then Send Invitation.
- Edit Personal Settings: In Actions, choose Personal Settings to view/update details or send a reset password link; save changes.
- Deactivate: In Actions, select Deactivate to immediately revoke access.
Upgrading Account / Payment
Billing and upgrades may be managed by Owners. If you don't see upgrade options in your portal, contact Support at customer.support@sprockets.ai.
Export Account Reports
- Go to Company Settings → Data Export.
- Choose export type: Locations or Users.
- Once processed, you'll receive an email with your export file.
Application Settings (Owners Only)
Application Experience & Scoring
- Use Full Application Score
- Minimum Score on Full Application (default 7/10)
- Enable Sprockets Profile Matching
- Company Values & Candidate Fit (custom text)
- Show wage on career page/application
- Show Assessment Results in Applicants
Applicant Eligibility & Requirements
- Authenticate Applicants (phone verification)
- Require Minimum Age Confirmation
- Require Zip Code
- Ask for Resume
- Auto-Reject Previously Rejected Applicants
Automated Scheduling & Interview Rules
- Allow Jojo to reach out for interview scheduling
- One Interview per Applicant
- Allow Double Booking (all types vs in-person only)
- Check connected calendars for conflicts
Applicant Communication & Notifications
- Email applicants to complete missing questions
- Customize on-screen confirmation message
- Customize confirmation SMS/Email
- Notify applicants of rejection
- Include additional instructions for interview
Setting Up a Full Application (Owners Only)
- Go to Company Settings → Full Application.
- Create New Template, name it, and add questions (Multiple Choice, Yes/No, Checkbox, File Upload, Short Answer).
- (Optional) Add answer options & tags (Good/Bad/Knockout) for scoring.
- (Optional) Add prompts (e.g., reliability, customer service).
- Organize questions into pages; save.
Apply to Jobs:
- Go to Jobs → open a job → Job Settings.
- Toggle Use Full Application ON → select your template → Save.
Setting Up Success Profiles (Owners Only)
- Go to Company Settings → Success Profiles.
- Create a New Success Profile and name it.
- Complete: Personality, Needs, Values; Save.
Apply to Jobs:
- Go to Jobs → open a job → Job Settings.
- Toggle Use Success Profile ON → select your profile → Save.
Job Postings
Create a Job
- Go to Jobs → Create a Job.
- Complete: Location, (optional) Full Application Template, Job Title.
- Continue to configure: Success Profile (optional), Job Description (template or custom), Job Type, Wage Range, Rate Type.
- Click Post This Job to publish.
Manage Jobs
View Active/Inactive, Full Application ON/OFF, Auto-Scheduling ON/OFF, recent applicants/high matches, scheduled interviews, and posting status. Active jobs post to partner boards and your careers page.

Candidate Engagement
Find & Share the Survey Link
- Go to Jobs → find the job → Actions dropdown.
- Choose Copy Invite Link (direct survey) or Download QR Code to display in-store.
Managing Applicants
Use filters (defaults to last 30 days, high scoring). Each row shows Name, Location/Position, Score, Interview Scheduled, Applied Date, Source, Stage, Messages, and quick actions.

- Applicant Actions: View Detail, Add Notes, Download Full Report, Request Interview.
- In-app Messaging and Notes are available on applicant records.
- Job Offers: Prepare and send offers; track acceptance.
Interview Process
Automated Scheduling
Enable in Company Settings (Owners) and set Hiring Manager availability in Personal Settings. Qualified applicants can be invited automatically by Jojo.
Manage Interviews (Interviews Tab)
- Filter by Upcoming, Past, or Cancelled.
- Edit an interview to change date/time, reassign manager, or cancel.
Manually Request an Interview
- Go to Applicants, find the candidate, open Actions.
- Select Request Interview, choose interview type (In-person / Phone / Video), and confirm.
