How the Sprockets Message Template Delivers with PeopleMatter

Once an candidate submits their application via PeopleMatter, they will immediately receive the Sprockets survey (via the "New Candidate" message template) to the email they provided on their application.

 

Guide for Exporting Candidates from PeopleMatter for Sprockets Pools:

  1. Access the Workspaces dropdown menu.
  2. Navigate to "Administrator."
  3. Select "Reporting (beta)."
  4. Click on "Application Candidate Data."
  5. Specify the desired begin and end dates for your data.
  6. Look for the sheet icon positioned next to the save icon at the top.
  7. Click on the sheet icon to seamlessly export your data to CSV format.
