Activating and Managing Job Postings
Sprockets makes it easy to publish and manage job postings on Indeed directly from your dashboard.
To enable the Indeed integration:
- Contact Us: Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email customer.support@sprockets.ai.
- Activation Timeline: Once enabled, any job marked as "Active" in your Sprockets dashboard will be posted to Indeed within 24 hours.
All users can control which jobs are posted to Indeed at any time:
- Go to the Jobs tab in your Sprockets account.
- Add the required fields: Job Type, Job Description, and Pay Range.
- (Optional) Choose a Full Application Template to customize application questions.
- Set the Posting Status for each job:
- Active: The job will be posted to Indeed within 24 hours.
- Inactive: The job will not be posted, and if it was previously posted, it will be removed from Indeed within 24 hours.
Customizing the Applicant Experience
Admins have the flexibility to choose how applicants interact with the application process:
- Default (On): Applicants complete the Sprockets Survey and any additional questions directly within Indeed.
- Redirect Option (Off): Applicants are directed to a custom career page tailored to your organization's branding to complete the Sprockets Survey and any additional questions.
To adjust this setting:
- Go to Company Settings (admin access required).
- Toggle the Use Indeed Apply setting:
- On (default): Questions appear within Indeed.
- Off: Applicants are redirected to your custom career page.
Linking an Existing Indeed Account
If you have an existing Indeed employer account, you can connect it to view and sponsor jobs that Sprockets posts on your behalf. You’ll still manage postings through Sprockets, but you’ll have full visibility and sponsorship options in your Indeed dashboard.
