Company Settings manage company details and candidate-facing branding.

Make sure you are logged in to Sprockets and have the correct access for the location, job, or candidate you need to manage.

Steps

Open Admin

Open Admin.

Open the Company Settings tile

Open the Company Settings tile.

Review company name

Review company name, legal name, industry, and sub-industry.

Review branding settings and applicant

Review branding settings and applicant-facing previews.

Confirm career page and chatbot

Confirm career page and chatbot-related settings.

Save any updates

Save any updates.

If resume upload is required

If resume upload is required, confirm the setting in Company Settings and on the Application Form because the form-level setting can affect what candidates are asked to provide.

Final check

What to check before you move on

  • The update is saved successfully.
  • The correct users, locations, jobs, or candidates are selected.
  • Any related automation, notification, or scheduling settings are turned on where needed.
