## Send offer details from the candidate profile after the hiring decision is made.

Make sure you are logged in to Sprockets and have the correct access for the location, job, or candidate you need to manage.

 Steps

### Open the Candidates tab

Open the Candidates tab.

### Find the candidate you want

Find the candidate you want to hire.

### Open the candidate action or stage menu

Open the candidate action or stage menu.

### Select Offer or move the candidate

Select Offer or move the candidate to the Offer stage.
