Hiring Manager Creates the Job Offer
Follow these steps to create a job offer for an applicant:

Navigate to the "Applicants" tab.

Change the applicant’s Stage to "Offer."

A popup will appear – complete the required details:

Start Date & Time: Enter the intended start date.

Wage Range: Specify the wage range for the position.

Address: Select the applicable address or enter a custom address.

Select a User: Choose the hiring manager responsible for the offer.

Click "OK" – Note: This creates the job offer for review but does not send it to the applicant.
Manager Sends Offer to Applicant
Once the job offer is created, follow these steps to send it to the applicant:

Under the "Actions" column, you have the ability to delete the offer if needed.

If deleted, update the applicant’s Stage in the "Applicants" tab to "Rejected" or another relevant status.

Navigate to the "Offers" tab.

Under the "Offer Body" column, click "Send" to open the offer letter for review and editing.

Click "Send" to finalize and deliver the offer.

The "Offer Status" column will update from "Not Sent" to "Sent."

Once the applicant responds, the status will change to "Accepted" or "Rejected."

Applicant Experience

The applicant will receive an email displaying the Job Offer Body template.

At the bottom of the email, there will be a button labeled "Respond."

Clicking the button directs the applicant to a webpage displaying the Web Content template.

At the bottom of this page, they will see options to "Accept Offer" or "Decline Offer."

Once the Offer Status is "Accepted," proceed to the next step.
Marking an Applicant as Onboarded

Once an offer is accepted, locate the "Onboarded" column.

Toggle "Onboarded" on to move the applicant to the next step.

This moves them to a different page.

At the top of this page, the "Onboarded" toggle will display a list of onboarded vs. non-onboarded individuals.
Additional Settings & Notifications

Navigate to "Personal Settings" > "Personal Notification" tab.

Toggle on "Notify me when an offer is sent" to receive alerts when offers are dispatched.

Both the Job Offer Body and Web Content must be complete before sending an offer.

You can use the same template for both if needed.

The applicant agrees to the terms outlined in the Web Content template when accepting the offer.
