What Are Hiring Stages?

Candidate Hiring Stages and Descriptions

Assign your participants a Hiring Stage designation to easily keep up with where they are in your process. 

Hring-Stages

Choose from the following seven options:


Asset 7 Unassigned (Default Stage)
You have added this candidate to Sprockets successfully, but none of your hiring managers have reviewed the candidate.
Asset 7 Hired

You have hired the candidate. Great job!

Asset 7 Rejected

You've decided that this candidate was not right for the job. Try adding them to another position to see if they have the mental makeup to be successful there. 

Asset 7 Screening

You've decided to spend more time with the candidate. You can set up an in-person or phone interview in Sprockets by pressing Email Candidate

Asset 7 On Hold

You've reviewed the candidate’s resume and had a good interview, but you don’t have an open position for their skillset or can’t decide if you want to hire them.

Asset 7 Fired

You’ve decided to terminate the employee due to low performance. 

Asset 7 Quit

The employee has decided to leave the company.
